Refund Policy

For subscription plans, a complete refund will be given within 30 days, if we were not able to resolve even a single problem with your computer within the first 7 days of the registration for Core Cloud Web Solutions services.If our technical support has fixed one or more issues, the fees charged for subscription service will not be refunded. It is at the sole discretion of Core Cloud Web Solutions and on a case by case basis, refund may be issued for the charged fees after deducting requisite charges for services provided to customer. For incidental plans, the customer will be eligible for refund if and when any of the following criterions are met:

1)The issue is out of scope for the particular plan that is purchased.

2)30 Days have not passed since the issue was last worked on by a Core Cloud Web Solutions technician.

NOTE : We don't store credit card information of any of our customers and we would not perform any charging on the same without your explicit consent.

Core Cloud Web Solutions agrees to the following refund/cancellation schedule after the signature of agreement. Core Cloud Web Solutions agrees to waive charges incurred if we are unable to resolve the issue. If the issue has been resolved and CUSTOMER wishes to cancel Core Cloud Web Solutions may charge a service fee at a rate up to $30/hour and refund the outstanding amount with the schedule shown below. CUSTOMER is requested to call support at (888) 798 0809 to initiate any refund or cancellation.

The Services are subject to change without prior notice. The Service Plans do not cover restoration services, lost or expected profits, lost or corrupted data, lost or deleted work or lost or damaged personal files. Core Cloud Web Solutions does not guarantee against the loss of any file, information or data. Subscriber is himself solely responsible for backing up and safely storing its data, information and files.


For subscription-based Services, this Refund Policy shall be effective for one complete year from the date subscriber registers for the Services. Single-use Services shall expire once the session with the Core Cloud Web Solutions representative terminates. In addition, Core Cloud Web Solutions may cancel the Services at any time if Core Cloud Web Solutions LLC, at its discretion, determines that the Subscriber's use of its Services is excessive, inconsistent with the scope of the Services, abusive, or inappropriate. Notice of the actual expiration of this Agreement may not be provided and Core Cloud Web Solutions is not responsible for any damages that may result from expiration or termination of this Agreement. Subscriber may purchase additional subscriptions to the Services via Core Cloud Web Solutions website. Any breach of this Agreement at any point of time shall immediately terminate Subscriber's subscription to the Services and/or may also limit Subscriber's access to the Services. No refunds shall be provided upon termination of the Agreement.


Except as explicitly provided herein, Core Cloud Web Solutions and its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for (i) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages resulting from (a) the use of the services, (b) any delay or inability to use or claim the services, (c) any voidance of a warranty on third party product or service resulting from use of the services (d) any information, products or services obtained in relation with the services, (e) unauthorized third party access to a computer, or (f) any use of on-site services bundled with the services. Core Cloud Web Solutions is not responsible for any costs of procurement of substitute goods or services. These limitations apply whether such claim is based on contract and strict liability or otherwise and apply even if Core Cloud Web Solutions LLC, its affiliates, or their employees, agents, licensors or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


This version of the Terms is effective as of October 2015. The Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable license agreements constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Core Cloud Web Solutions and govern Customer's use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements between the Customer and Core Cloud Web Solutions LLC. The failure of Core Cloud Web Solutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties" intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The Customer may not assign the Terms or any of its rights or obligations under the Terms without express written consent from Core Cloud Web Solutions. The Terms stand for the benefit of Core Cloud Web Solutions successors, assigns and licensees. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect whatsoever.
